Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of your purchase within 3 days of the payment date, for any reason. Because the product is a digital download, you do not need to return anything.

Email support@vitalessencetips.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include your Whop order or transaction reference if you have it. A short note about what didn't work for you is welcome but not required.

We reply to refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through Whop, our checkout and delivery partner. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After a refund is issued, your access to the download link is revoked and the licence to use the guide ends.

If you were charged more than once, or paid but never received access, contact us and we will either restore your access or refund the extra charge in full.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — a refund is usually faster and we are happy to issue one within the guarantee period.
